What we process

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Stranded Grid receives the checkout email, payment status, purchased product and delivery identifiers needed to generate and send the brief. We do not receive full card numbers.

Why we process it

We use this information to complete the purchase, deliver the brief, prevent duplicate delivery, handle support and comply with accounting or legal obligations.

Outbound email

Commercial research emails use professional addresses published by the recipient organization. Every message identifies the sender and offers an unsubscribe mechanism. Opt-outs, hard bounces and complaints are retained as suppression records so they are not contacted again.

Sources and retention

Brief content is derived from public government records. Delivery and suppression records are retained only as long as needed for service, compliance and dispute handling.
